How it works

One run, start to finish

From the first scan to the customer’s signature — a delivery run in the SPIL Delivery Scanner app, step by step.

  1. Step 1: Choose a process

Drivers sign in and pick Loading or Unloading, with their open tasks counted on each.

  2. Step 2: Scan the load

Each running sheet shows the run, items and weight. Every glass unit is scanned onto the truck — re-cuts are flagged on the spot.

  3. Step 3: Set the drop order

The loading sequence lists each customer drop. Long-press and drag to reorder, then save.

  4. Step 4: Deliver run by run

See every customer on the run with orders, panels and weight, then navigate or call with one tap.

  5. Step 5: Scan off at each drop

Scan the orders being unloaded for each customer, with full details of every panel.

Runsheet scanner confirming a successful scan, with the customer, site, glass description, order number, size, weight, mark and barcode of the scanned panel
  6. Step 6: Confirm the delivery

Capture the customer’s signature and an optional photo, then confirm — the record syncs to SPIL ERP.
